I love this bedding, it's a little more expensive than most but it lasts longer. Easy to muck out, very absorbant neutralises ammonia. I use it for horses, dogs, hens.
So far so good, loving it, making mucking out much easier and quicker, thought there was a little play in the basket/handle but I think it must be intentional as tightened the bolt and there is still some play, overall delighted
Such a great bedding product, makes mucking out easy, composts quickly, no unpleasant smell, so no ammonia for the horse to breathe in and best of all, brilliant for the horse who has challenged respiratory processes. Highly recommend.

Best bedding we have tried...stops the flood of pee down the yard, smells are minimised, and mucking out is easy. Maybe more expensive, but not in time saved
A lot faster mucking out . . Holds wet . Used this bedding for over year and wouldn’t use anything else for my boys . Excellent product and people I deal with.
Fantastic quality bedding that more than does its job. The horse, donkey and pony are overjoyed to have such comfortable beds, and I am equally happy to find mucking out takes far less time. The pellets also seem to eliminate the smell of ammonia much more successfully than other bedding.

What a revelation it has been transferring over from shavings to Aquamax!!! Mucking out takes less than half the time and the bed looks better. The bed is always dry which is a particular concern for me as my horse is prone to mud fever and thrush. Any hay that has fallen on the bed can easily be recycled as the bedding drops through the fork some completely leaving just the hay.
It makes it easy to keep the bed looking nice and clean, and saves me money.

I was skeptical at first because I didn't see any difference but realised that I hadn't put enough down ( our stables are bigger than 12 x 12 ) after adding more I found it much easier than shavings and less waste because it's only droppings that are collected unlike with shavings you tend to have a mix of droppings and shavings
Aquamax s my preferred horse bedding. It contains the urine making the wet patches easy to lift out and it is easy to sift out the droppings withnthdcfonectined fork. It smells fresh and makes a cosy bed to lie in.
Have used this bedding for a number of years now. It is easy to use, store and very absorbent . The company is a delight to deal with too.
